We accept non-insured patients for a minimal fee and we are easily accessible to public transportation. We have a professional staff that makes you feel comfortable and respected. We are also very empathetic, and meet our patients at their points of need.

Dr. Toyin Opesanmi, M.D., AAHIVS
known as Dr. O) founded Gennesaret Medical Center in February 2011 due to a desire to provide the personal care her patients need. She has practised in Maryland for over a decade, providing comprehensive health care services in a private practice setting, HMO, and local community health centers.
She has served as the Chief of Adult Medicine, overseeing three internal medicine clinics, as well as providing clinical oversight for the HIV and addictions program. She enjoys serving underprivileged and under-served communities and works diligently to improve their health outcomes.
Dr. Opesanmi is a Family Practitioner, HIV Specialist, and Addictions Specialist who treats opiates and other substance addictions. Dr. Opesanmi completed undergraduate studies at the University Of Illinois at Chicago and then attended the Medical College of Pennsylvania (now known as Drexel University) in Philadelphia. She fulfilled Family Practice residency requirements at the University of Texas Health Center at Tyler, Tyler, Texas.
She is an active member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), Maryland Association of Nigerian Physicians (MANP), and the Coalition of Baltimore HIV Providers (CBHIVP) and also a member of the American Academy of HIV Medicine (AAHIVM). She is a wife, mother, and delights in serving God and others. She is caring, dedicated, compassionate, empathetic, and uses her skills and talents to serve people, focusing on providing patients with personalized primary care services.
